Meet Dr. Alexandra McKenna

We are excited to welcome Dr. Alexandra McKenna to McKenna Orthodontics! As a fourth-generation orthodontist—and the first female orthodontist in her family—Dr. McKenna is proud to carry on our 100+ year tradition of family-centered, patient-focused care right here in Connecticut.

Dr. McKenna grew up locally and is thrilled to return home to serve the community she knows and loves. She completed her dental degree at the University of Connecticut and her specialty training in orthodontics at Stony Brook University, where she also earned a master’s degree in Oral Biology and Pathology.

Outside the office, you’ll find Dr. McKenna skiing, hiking, traveling, golfing, or walking her new cocker spaniel puppy, Mookie. She can’t wait to meet all of you and continue making smiles brighter at McKenna Orthodontics!
